Ms Porter, who in just three short years has risen from outbound sales manager to COO of SponsoredLinX – possibly Australia’s fastest growing digital marketing agency – said she was thrilled with the recognition.

SponsoredLinX CEO Ben Bradshaw said, “Amber is truly invaluable to us at SponsoredLinX. Her leadership qualities and achievements provide inspiration for our staff who constantly look to her for guidance, as she’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced for someone so young. We would be lost without her.”

Ms Porter said, “To be awarded the Bronze Stevie Award is a massive honour for me. To be considered amongst some of the most recognised and celebrated women across the world is very humbling. I’m very proud of the work my team has achieved in 2017.”

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s top international honours for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organisations they run.  All individuals and organizations worldwide are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. The 2017 awards received entries from 25 nations and territories.

Nicknamed the Stevies – after the Greek word for ‘crowned’ – the awards were presented to winners during a dinner event attended by more than 500 people at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.  The event was broadcast via Livestream.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 170 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process.

“The judges were so impressed with the accomplishments of all of the Stevie Award-winning women and organisations,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards. “The 2017 Stevie Awards for Women in Business received a record number of nominations and had a record number of ceremony attendees.

“We congratulate all of this year’s Grand, Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners for their achievements.”
