International Conference on Robotics and Automation

The IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) is the largest and top ranked robotics research conference in the world. This has been running annually since 1984 and has never been hosted in the Southern hemisphere. It is coming to Australia for the first time and will take place in Brisbane 21-25 May this year at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The conference comprises workshops, technical tours, a tech expo, competitions, an education forum in addition to the presentation of cutting edge research papers. AmCham Member, CSIRO, is a Platinum sponsor for this event and will showcase its robotics technology at the expo in addition to presenting four research papers, organising two workshops and hosting a technical tour of their labs at QCAT.
