Post pandemic there has been a significant shift in the workplace landscape. It has changed the way many employees view their jobs and their expectations of the workplace. The case for a four-day work week has never been stronger.

Recent studies have shown that employees are seeking more flexibility and balance from their employers. In response, hundreds of companies globally are now participating in trials or experimenting with adopting a four-day work week and how this new way of working can be successfully implemented.

Trials are yielding compelling results – a reduction in sick days, reduced stress, lower staff turnover and productivity gains, to name a few. Join CEDA and global four-day work week experts as we unpack the results of recent trials and the potential benefits to employees, employers and the economy more broadly.

This event is part of Global Matters, a livestream series unpacking global issues and their impact on the Australian economy and society.

Livestream start times:

NSW/ACT/QLD/VIC/TAS: 9.00am
