Days 1 and 2 | STRATEGIC OPERATIONAL & TACTICAL PLENARIES
Tuesday 21 – Wednesday 22 July 2026
 
Two days of unclassified plenary sessions at Adelaide Oval, featuring keynote addresses and panel discussions with national and international leaders, integrating strategic, operational and tactical perspectives.
Running in parallel to the main plenary program, the afternoon on Day 1 will feature the Technical Stream and Day 2 will feature the Research & Innovation Stream.
 
Day 3 | OPERATIONAL BRIEFINGS
Thursday 23 July 2026
 
A program of classified and unclassified briefings, examining real‑world operational challenges, policy implications, and emerging approaches across information effects and influence.
 
Day 4 | APPLIED WARGAMING
Friday 24 July 2026
A hands‑on wargaming exercise delivered by the Irregular Warfare Center (USA), designed to test decision‑making and coordination in complex, contested information scenarios.
