Co-hosted by the German and French Embassies in Australia in partnership with the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA), this Sydney Climate Talk advocates for ambitious, actionable, and investment-friendly NDCs. 

 

Featuring speakers from government, academia, civil society, and the private sector, the panel will explore how bold NDCs can align climate action with economic growth and social equity. Drawing on German and French expertise, it will also examine trilateral cooperation in clean energy, sustainable finance, and innovation to drive meaningful climate solutions. 

 

The evening will begin with welcome remarks by Ambassador Grzeski and Ambassador Imbert, followed by a moderated panel discussion and audience Q&A. A reception will follow the event.
