says: “Despite the pandemic, 2020 has been a year of unexpected growth and focus on climate action. The Paris Agreement is moving into operation and the decade ahead will be the most critical yet.

“The innovation and behaviour shifts we're experiencing right now bode well for a stronger, more ambitious response to the intensifying climate crisis. Australia, our regional allies, and the global economy must look towards a #netzero2050 future.

“Being at the centre of Australian business and climate action, the Carbon Market Institute’s summit will provide delegates with everything they need to access the intelligence and relationships required to manage the emerging risks and realise the opportunities that lie ahead.”

The Carbon Market Institute is the independent industry association for business leading the transition to net-zero emissions. CMI has more than 90 corporate members.
