2010 Young Professional's CEO Breakfast Print
Tuesday, 13 April 2010, 7:30am - 9:00am

‘Learning Success from the Successful’

After selling out in record time, IPAA Queensland has just released a small number of additional tables for the annual Young Professionals’ (YP) CEO Breakfast on Tuesday 13 April 2010 at Sofitel Brisbane Central.

Each year as part of our National Youth Week celebrations, the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) Queensland hosts a flagship event for young professionals and CEOs, the annual Young Professionals’ (YP) CEO Breakfast.

To ensure you benefit the most from this engaging breakfast forum, each table booking is encouraged to consist of seven young professionals and hosted by a CEO or Senior Executive from your organisation. Multiple table bookings are also available.

ipaa_qld_logo_sml.jpgThis year’s theme, Learning Success from the Successful, offers young professionals the perfect opportunity to connect with their CEO and Senior Executives, as well as a chance to hear from a panel of highly successful leaders. The panellists will discuss the highs and lows of their career path, what they did to succeed, the barriers/obstacles they encountered and how they overcame them. Following the panel discussion, there will be plenty of time to ask questions and absorb their helpful advice as well as networking and engagement at your table.

Confirmed panel speakers include:

Jude Munro
Chief Executive Officer, Brisbane City Council

Paul Martyn
Executive Director, Economic Policy and Planning Division, Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation.

Jill Charker
Branch Head Australian Bureau of Statistics

The event will also be expertly facilitated by Gen-Y expert and author of ‘The Boss’s guide to Bright Young Things in today’s workplace’ Dr Harry Zaphir.

Cost:

Tables of eight (8) Corporate Supporter $880 | Standard $968
