Two Half Day Workshops
There are 2 highly interactive half day workshops, deliberately set 2 weeks apart. You
will learn and be inspired in the morning and be back on the job
implementing what you have just learned straight after lunch.
By spacing the two workshops apart, you
will get the opportunity to put what you have learned into practice
after the first workshop and then come back
for the second half day workshop and take your
new skills to a whole new level!
We have quite deliberately shifted the emphasis away
from getting all revved up and overloaded one day and then only
implementing a small portion of the valuable new information and skills
after that point.
There is some pre-work required (you will have to invest less than 1 hour) and real focus will be on the post-workshop transfer
environment. You know that the real learning occurs once you put the
theory into practice so we provide resources and follow through to
ensure the new skills are embedded for a lifetime.
