Organisations use projects to implement change and introduce new processes. In any rapidly transforming sector particular skills are needed to manage complex projects, and the very nature of change means that numerous projects often run simultaneously.

Successful transition demands process knowledge and leadership qualities from the project manager to guide specialist teams to deliver the agreed outcomes. Mergers, acquisitions, JVs and strategic alliances need particular skills in project management, with enterprise systems such as SAP, MRP, and ERP adding an additional layer of complexity. Today's project managers require far more astute planning and leadership skills. This course provides an understanding of managing and mitigating risks, communication, motivation, and negotiating skills required in today's global business environment.

Who should attend

Middle to senior level managers who want to address issues and challenges involving change interventions.
