This five-day course will enable managers to understand the
essentials of marketing – to skill up on the latest marketing tools,
concepts and strategies, to understand the key components of strategic
marketing planning, and how to develop, evaluate and implements
successful marketing strategies.
The course focuses on application of marketing theory to practice
employing concepts and strategies relevant to today's business world.
In particular, it will focus on strategic marketing, branding,
communication and customer service. A mixture of seminars, group
discussions, case studies and practical exercises are used to acquaint
participants with the essentials of marketing.
