 The turbulence caused by rapidly increasing rates of change has created new needs for those responsible for organisational strategy. The unpredictability of the current environment requires leaders to adopt new perspectives around strategic intent and choice in the planning process, and their challenge is to build vision, mission and values that ensure successful execution of business strategy.
This leading edge course equips participants with the ability to prepare their organisation for turbulence and to strengthen the link between strategy and the business model. It allows the development and implementation of high impact changes to link futures thinking with strategy as a way of providing clear direction and purpose.

$4,400* Fee includes tuition, course materials, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea each day and a formal dinner on Thursday evening.
