IPAA Queensland International Speakers Series: Professor Andy Neely
Drawing on his extensive research and consulting experience encompassing both the public and private sectors, Professor Andy Neely brings to Brisbane on Monday 6 April some of his thinking on how to make performance management work for you in the public sector.
With the latest research on strategic performance management, Professor Neely will introduce key themes including aligning measures across Departments, shifting the focus from policy to delivery, and deriving performance insights from staff performance data.
• Learn how to design and deploy performance measurement systems that will drive productive activity across teams, projects and departments.
• Discover how to align performance measures across organisational boundaries and hierarchies.
• Hear how to ensure your performance measures are meaningful to staff across the organisation.
• Enhance your ability to assess your own organisation’s performance measurement system, identifying where (and how) it needs to be improved.
Half day program 12.15pm – 5.00pm (includes lunch and afternoon tea).
