Ridges Peregian Springs is in the midst of an $18 million transformation with the construction of new home sites, as well as community and recreational facilities, creating a hive of activity at the Sunshine Coast address.
Contracts totalling more than $5 million have been issued on 21 home sites since October. The strong enquiry has led to the construction of new stages in the Ridges East Rise precinct being brought forward.
