Four of Australia's top property investment minds will come together for the first time in a once off seminar this May at Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast. Jennie Brown, Nhan Nguyen, Paul Derry, and Jason Marianoff will speak on why the property investment game is still so lucrative and reveal some of their best kept investment secrets.

Identified as four of Australia's top 16 property investor millionaire successes, these property millionaires have developed a passion for sharing their knowledge and mentoring up and coming property investors.

"We're all very excited to be able to come together and deliver this seminar," said Ms Brown. "This scale of co-operation in property investment hasn't really been seen before, so our seminar attendees are in for some pretty intensive education."

Mr Derry's vision includes substantially increasing his acquisition of units, houses and developments to more than 20 deals a year.

Mr Marianoff is a sought-after speaker and mentor in the areas of property investing, developing and mindset. As an active investor and creative property developer himself, Mr Marianoff is renowned for his ability to negotiate "win-win" deals that provide maximum benefit for all involved. And Ms Brown has created a formula that allows her to build a portfolio of properties to keep, and earn passive income from them in the meantime.

Deb Lindner will be a special guest speaker on the day. Ms Linder is one of Australia's most accomplished Home Stagers and owner of Mink Home Staging, which has helped investors, developers, and homeowners sell over $120 Million of property.
