Property analyst Michael Matusik recently presented at Mon Komo regarding his 2010 property predictions and the Redcliffe property market.

relocating to the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast,” Mr Matusik said.
“One of the major attractions of Mon Komo is the great value of the
apartments. What you would pay for an apartment priced at $1million in
Mon Komo, is the same size and quality of a $2million to $2.5million
apartment in Brisbane’s CBD, plus this development is seafront.”
